“Shane manages to do what many culture experts cannot: simplify the complexity that is culture.”Gabrielle Dolan, international keynote speaker & bestselling author
Most managers know culture is critical, yet very few feel confident shaping it on purpose. This platform closes that gap, and gives you everything you need to build the culture you want, by design.

Everything you need to prepare, run and measure, in one place.
Every session in the video series follows the same simple rhythm. It's how the videos lead the day, and it takes the pressure off you as the leader.
A short video sets the context, poses an idea and asks the question.
Your team does the real work, guided by ready-made prompts. Your job is to listen.
Record what you agreed together, then move to the next conversation.
A guide trained on Shane's work is one tap away, for the moment it goes quiet or you're not sure what to say next. It's a little of Shane, in the room with you.
Each conversation builds on the last, moving your team from understanding culture to actively shaping it.
This framework comes from the bestselling book Let's Talk Culture, built on original research with over 1,000 frontline managers.
Surface the unspoken expectations in the team and choose 3 to 5 core cultural themes.
Your team walks away with 3 to 5 cultural themes your whole team has chosen together.
Turn those themes into clear, observable behaviours everyone can see and do.

Build a shared, everyday language so culture shows up in real conversations.
Your team walks away with a shared, everyday language for the culture you're building.
Agree how you'll hold each other accountable, and make hard conversations easier.
Your team walks away with an agreed, kinder way to hold each other to account.
Decide how you'll recognise and reinforce the behaviours that matter.
Your team walks away with how you'll notice and reinforce the behaviours that matter.
The conversation you run after the offsite. Turn the behaviours you agreed into a standard your team can actually reach, by naming the skills, tools and support they need to live them.
Your team walks away with a plan that makes the culture you agreed achievable, not just aspirational.
The offsite is where you agree the behaviours that matter. Living them week after week, when no one's watching, is where most teams quietly slip back to how things were. Measure keeps those behaviours in front of you, and gives you an honest read on whether your culture is really shifting.
The perception gap is the distance between how you read your team's culture and how your team actually experiences it. A short, anonymous check-in on the behaviours you agreed shows you both, side by side, so you're working from what's true, not what you hope is true. It's a view many leaders rarely get.
“Organisational culture is built through words and actions. This shows you the conversations you need to spark the behaviour you want, and create the culture you desire.”
“As a leader, how do you comprehend something you can see, feel and experience every day, yet struggle to explain? You have a conversation. Many conversations. This is the blueprint for growing a culture that lives, is inclusive, and wins.”
“Shane manages to do what many culture experts cannot: simplify the complexity that is culture. He unpacks the five conversations every leader should have with their team.”
“Shane helps leaders gain traction, distilling a broad set of research into compelling frameworks, concrete examples, and practical advice for putting the ideas into action.”
“It gets to the heart of what drives culture, and shares the key actions leaders can take to influence and shape the culture they aspire to.”
“A wonderfully vivid narrative of culture as a language we can all learn to speak, even if our dialects are slightly different.”

An Australian voice, a London base, a global mission.
Shane spent a decade becoming one of Australia's most trusted voices on team culture, then took the work global. His focus is singular: equipping the people leaders who actually carry culture, the ones in the engine room of every team, to build it on purpose, one conversation at a time. This platform puts that work in your hands.

No. The videos and step-by-step guide lead the day; you just create space for the conversations. There's a guide to answer questions in the moment, and you can swap any activity for one that suits your room.
A full day works best, but the agenda planner adapts to a half day, a couple of hours, or a series of shorter sessions, compressing the timings to fit the time you have.
Any size. The conversations work in small groups within a larger room, and you can bring everyone in from their phones for live input and voting.
The offsite kit isn't. It's a one-off licence tied to you as the leader, and it never expires. Run the offsite with the team you lead, and run it again as your team grows or you step into new teams. The one ongoing part is Measure, which tracks whether the behaviours you agreed are really landing after the offsite. It's free for your first three months, and whether you keep it going after that is entirely up to you.
The offsite isn't the finish line. Every kit comes with three months of Measure, free: a short, anonymous check-in that turns the behaviours you agreed into a simple ongoing pulse, so you can see whether your culture is really shifting, not just hope it is. The clock only starts when your team's ready. After the free three months, it's $59 a month per team, or $590 a year, and you can cancel any time.
You've got 30 days. Explore the whole platform, watch the videos, build a plan, and if it isn't the right fit, email us and we'll refund you, no fuss.
The standard licence is for running the offsite with your own team, not as a reseller or agency licence for unlimited separate organisations. If you'd like to use it across many client teams, get in touch about a partner or multi-team arrangement.
A clear culture action plan: your themes, behaviours, shared language and priority actions, plus your agenda and comms plan, all downloadable as editable Word documents.
You can download all the session videos ahead of time and play them offline, so the day never depends on the connection.
No. When you poll the room, people join from their phones with a simple code, no login and no app to install.
Yes. You can message Shane directly inside the platform, and join a private community of other leaders running the same conversations.
Your content lives in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) hosted in Australia, served through Vercel's global infrastructure. Some processing happens overseas, for example the AI features use a provider in the United States; the full sub-processor list is in our privacy policy. Every account's data is isolated with database row-level security, so one customer can never see another's plans, messages or responses.

Members sign in with email and password or a one-time magic link. For organisations, people are invited to named seats, and access can be added or removed at any time.
None required. Phone polling is anonymous: no name, email or login. Only the text or vote a person submits is stored, and any poll and its responses can be deleted in one click.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Yes. Organisation licences are available with a set number of seats, provisioned for you, and can be paid by invoice. Get in touch and we'll set it up.
